Good habits are important in our lives. They influence us a lot in many ways. I think good habits make me healthier.
First of all, since doing sports is an important part of healthy life, I get up early every morning and run for half an hour. I also play ball games with my classmates, which makes me healthier and stronger. At the same time, good eating habits are necessary and I eat different kinds of fruit and vegetables.
