Welcome to our school
进入第三单元welcome to our school 主题的学习前,我要求学生齐读一遍标题后,抛出一个问题:Who would you say that to?(你会对谁说welcome to our school ) 学生的答案多是friends和parents。接着我继续问他们如果会和朋友家人聊关于学校的哪些话题。
当学生提到学校的课程,我顺势问道How many lessons do we have today? And what are they?此时学生会立马说出今天学习的语文数学等subjects。接着我拿出手中的学科卡片,让指定的学生通过表演的方式,呈现我卡片上的学科让其他同学猜。比如一些学生通过模仿学科老师,指不同的物品和描述学科内容成功地完成了任务。
当呈现完需要掌握的学科后,为了让学生课堂即时记忆,我组织学生pk学科知多少。比比哪位同学上黑板写的学科又多又正确。

在学生展示前,分别问学生What is the date today? What day is it today?让他们更顺利的表达日期和星期。
学生呈现结果展示:
Tomorrow is October 26 and is Tuesday. We will have 4 lessons in the morning. From 7∶50 to 8∶25, we will have English class because I like reading English in the morning. Next, we will have a math lesson because my brain will be clearer at that time. Then, we will have a PE lesson because we have to do exercise to be stronger. At last, we can have a biology lesson outside.
通过课程的设计以及再让他们回忆疫情期间是如何在家学习的,通过对比,学生可以充分感受到校园生活的多姿多彩。
(With schools closed,lessons are being held remotely. All sports, school activities have been canceled. Friendships and relationships have been transported to live chats and video calls due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)
