My Low-carbon Life

As we all know, the pollution on Earth is becoming more and more serious. We can see forests being cut down, water being polluted, and air being contaminated. As a high school student, I believe it's our responsibility to save resources and protect the environment. Therefore, I have been practicing a low-carbon life from small things around me.

Firstly, I choose to walk to school every day instead of taking a car or bus. This not only reduces carbon emissions but also helps me keep fit. Secondly, I always turn off the lights and fans when leaving the classroom to save energy. Thirdly, I try my best to make full use of paper by writing on both sides and recycling used paper. Lastly, I save water by turning off the faucet tightly after use and taking shorter showers.

I hope more people can join me in leading a low-carbon life. Let's start with small things and make a big difference together!
